A very odd roofline. It evokes the pre-war Bentley and other fixed head coupes, but is a (poorly) disguised squared off shape that looks a little bit bizarre on a car that far on the teardrop side of things.

Yes, it’s a sort of landau or thereabouts. That’s about the best picture I found of that one, there’s a white one too.

They called it a Coupé de Ville, a town car I suppose.
